Upgrade procedure for Ioline USB drivers.

Required components:

     Installation program. Visit the Ioline USB driver web page to get the latest version:
	http://www.ioline.com/tech/usb_dl.html
     
     Driver installation procedure (used after these steps are complete)
     	http://www.ioline.com/manuals/USB_Install_Gen1.pdf
     	
Upgrade steps for users with a previous Ioline Driver installation:     	

    1. Turn off the Ioline equipment.
    
    2. Open Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and remove the existing Ioline drivers. 
       They are usually listed as "Ioline USB to UART Bridge Controller".

    3. Reboot the computer.
    
    4. Run the installation program downloaded above.
    
    5. Turn on the Ioline equipment and follow the normal USB installation procedure 
       (USB_Install_Gen1.pdf downloaded above).
