- The hardlock key is required in order to run the fully functioning version of CrystalStudio Software. To update to the latest version, search for the HASP SRM Run-time GUI Installation file on the Aladdin Support Site.
- NOTE: The installation files are typically in a ZIP archive which requires decompression before use. Newer versions of Windows can open and extract files from these archives. Double click on the downloaded ZIP file then run the executable file, usually called HASPUserSetup.exe, to install the latest drivers.
- Please contact Ioline Tech support to obtain the latest firmware for your plotter.
