Ioline SmarTrac I/S systems are high-performance sign cutters designed to handle heavy workloads and a variety of jobs ranging from vinyl signs to pouncing and sandblast mask. Featuring Ioline's signature SmarTrac™ technology and a more powerful servo motor than other brands, the SmarTrac ensures accurate tracking and continual operation. A high-speed processor and 1 megabyte buffer give the SmarTrac the power to blaze through even complex files.

  • [+] Adjustable downforce & tangential blade control

    • Cutting precision down to 1/10 inch (2.5 mm) size letters. Expect perfect circles, sharp corners and a precise weed box.
    • Ability to increase or decrease downforce pressure to cut a variety of materials: 500g for the
      floor-standing models;
      400g for the I/S-60.
      • Adjustable downforce pressure and tangential blade control for cutting tough materials like sandblast mask and reflectives
    • A combination of downforce, smart software, CobraT blade design and platen (cutting surface) shape allows detailed designs to be cut on thick (35 mil) sandblast resist. Repeated tests produce logos and letters down to 1/4 in.
    • The floor-standing models feature tangential blade control for reflectives, heavy sandblast mask and similarly tough materials. When enabled, the blade lifts and realigns as the cut angle changes, producing sharp corners and smooth, clean cuts that weed cleanly and easily.

    • Lower the pressure for lighter materials (i.e. paper or some sandblast resists), increase for vinyl to avoid slippage.
    • Reposition pinchwheels to hold scrap material in place.
    • Blade cuts in front of the wheels, permitting you to use remnants as small as 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide.

    • Lubrication: No oiling or lubrication required. Simply wipe dust and lint off the machine periodically.
    • Blades: Use an air gun to remove lint build-up around the blade.

    • Maintenance-free design: The actuator is not susceptible to bearing failure and the servo motor is self-enclosed, eliminating the need for periodic adjustment.
