IOLINE 300 SYSTEM FOR APPLIQUE
AND SPORTS LETTERING INTRODUCED
WOODINVILLE, Washington—Ioline Corporation, a worldwide leader in computer-controlled cutters and plotters, announces the introduction of the Ioline 300 system. A successor to the popular Appli-K™ Cutter, the 300 provides higher throughput to shops that apply applique, logos, sports lettering and other cut materials to sportswear and other commercial products.
The Ioline 300 can cut a wide variety of materials from designs drawn or scanned with CorelDRAW®, and from custom or stock designs made using embroidery software. The 300 System cuts multiple copies of design outlines, filling the available space on material placed on the 18x30 inch cutting surface - even scraps - minimizing material waste. These cut pieces are ready for heat pressing, gluing or sewing onto finished goods.
The included Ioline 301 Software features automatic digitizing that is flexible enough to create sew disks for virtually any imaginable outline. After an outline has been created in CorelDRAW®, the Ioline 300 automatically generates any desired combination of four stitch types along this outline. The suggested settings for stitch width, density and edge overlap can be adjusted if desired. This gives an embroiderer the freedom to create custom designs, and with excellent results.
Since the Ioline 300 system enables designing, cutting, and sewing small quantities within just minutes, delivery times quoted to customers can be as short as 1 hour.
