The 600AeX plotter accepts conventional marker paper to create pattern markers and features a motorized media take-up that supports up to 500 yards of 35-pound bond. Ioline’s unique sensor technology provides superior unattended plotting allowing for overnight production. The plotter’s versatile tool carriage holds any type of pen with a barrel size between 3/8 inch (.95 cm) and 7/8 inch (2.22 cm) including HP-style plotting pens, Bic^® style ball pens, fiber tip pens, felt markers and Fisher pens.

The 600AeX includes Ioline’s state of the art 601 Software for importing HP-GL files from Gerber^® Accumark^®; and other systems, and queues multiple files for continuous plotting. A wide range of apparel CAD software including the Ioline Pattern System for the design, marking and grading of patterns, supports the plotter.
