Ioline high-force cutting system
for leather, chenille and soft PVC
WOODINVILLE, Wash.— Ioline Corporation, a worldwide leader in computer-controlled cutters and plotters, announces the introduction of the Ioline High Force (350HF) Cutting System, a revolutionary advancement in the cutting of leather, chenille and soft PVC for apparel and personal accessories. The 350HF provides a fast, economical way to produce multiple copies of designs with superior cutting capability at a fraction of the cost of other flatbed cutting machines.
With its sleek desktop design and generous cutting bed (18.25 x 30.25 inches) the 350HF produces production size cutting runs (200 to 700 pieces per hour) using a minimum amount of space. A versatile multi-tool jaw accommodates a variety of blade sizes allowing you the flexibility to tailor your tool selection to cut a wider range of materials. An adjustable cutting force, up to 2000 grams, allows you to cut hard leathers and soft leathers up to .16 inches thick. The system is simple to operate with an installation time of less than one hour.
The 350HF includes Ioline's multi-function 301 Software which imports HP/GL Plot files, CorelDraw!® designs, and custom or stock designs from major embroidery software formats. The software also allows digitizing and editing of stitches for easy embroidery of your personal designs onto apparel and other products.
